Megaman MUSH

E-Humans

The Human Enhancement Process pioneered by Ciel is Neo Arcadia's primary means of creating combat-ready soldiers; humans with the ability to fight a Maverick or Robot Master in single combat. The specifics of the modifications vary from person to person, with modifications ranging from general increases in ability to highly derivative modifications based on existing animals, with even more grotesque modifications possible. The process varies from person to person, with extreme modifications being extremely painful and hard to adapt to. A common downside is sterility: as each E-Human is technically a new unique species, they can no longer produce children in any form.

Most abilities available can be conferred by the E-Human process. Flight can be added via wings, though extreme skin and bone modifications are necessary: fliers are often weak to blunt or blade weapons and less durable due to lighter bone structures. More extensive modifications can be done to confer other movement abilities. Biological weapons can be applied for, as well, but these will be heavily scrutinized. Blink, Forcefield, Holograms, Telekinesis, and Reflect can obviously not be conferred by the process alone. Blink is not appable for E-Humans, and the others require a technological aspect, which could be better done with a cyborg. Armor obviously does not make sense for E-Humans, though a case could be made for it.

So far as code is concerned, Striders are enhanced humans. However, Striders are natural humans who can go above and beyond human norms through natural strength. Unless they've gone through the E-Human process, a Strider cannot have abilities that a normal human could not possess.

The statistical limits for enhanced humans are the same as the ones for reploids, androids, bioroids, hybrids, and cyborgs. If you have any further questions, ask the current Neo Arcadian staffer.
