Megaman MUSH

Forcefield

Forcefields can represent a variety of things: large shields (Proto Shield), barrier-style weapons (Leaf Shield), or some other kind of energy field (Magnet Man) that somehow protects the projector from damage.

The rules of using forcefields are simple. As stated on the combat page, raising a forcefield counts as a turn in combat, but lowering one doesn't. Forcefields can only be projected around yourself, and not on anyone else, unless you are set to +cover that person (which may fail). Because of the nature of forcefields in the Mega Man universe, you cannot attack while a forcefield is raised.

Generally, you should only raise a forcefield once or twice in a bout of combat, as multiple forcefield usage tends to get annoying and twinkish OOCly and raising a forcefield requires a lot of power ICly.
