Infiltration

In order to be able to infiltration a base of the opposite factions, you need the Infiltration ability. It is also possible to use Hacking, but your chances of success are much less likely. If you have both abilities, your chances are better at succeeding than with Infiltration alone. Some characters capable of infiltration also have an ability such as Stealth to help prevent themselves from being detected. Stealth is the ability to move silently, knowing the right places to hide from sight, and may include cloaking fields or similar advance tech to add in concealment. Because of the potential power of such abilities, especially joined with each other, they are all costly power to obtain and need excellent justifications on an application.

Infiltrations can not be done on the spur of the moment. This applies to all Infiltration attempts, successful or not. You must have OOC permission from the other faction to attempt to infiltrate their base, from a ranking officer, and preferablly the Faction Head if possible. Together you can arrange a time and place to roleplay the attempt, and provide players of the other faction for opposition. You must have permission to spy on people, as well. Using stealth and/or infiltration in a manner to spy on someone without their consentor knowing is twinking.
