"I don't read science fiction, I make it."
Aaron Boreal is a man consumed with the possibilities of tomorrow. Aaron was gifted in mathematics and mechanical engineering as a child. His love of building things and understanding how and /why/ the world worked around him led him into the study of aerospace. Aaron was quickly snapped up by UNSA after finishing his schoolwork at MIT, where he became involved in a variety of high-profile projects. However, Aaron's dreams were too big even for UNSA. He left after the successful deployment of the space elevator to start his own firm, AMAKEN. With venture capital provided by Light Labs, AMAKEN has become one of America's fastest growing aerospace research companies. Friendly and down-to-earth, Aaron is driven not by the pursuit of pure knowledge but by the desire to create a better future for both man and machine. Despite Aaron's desire to find applications for scientific advancement, he still sees the necessity for pure research -- just not out of AMAKEN's pocketbook. Aaron's desire to aggressively shape the future sometimes causes arguments between himself and his best friend Kelvin Stelar, whose sunny idealism sometimes clashes with Aaron's more practical bent.
