"If your enemy's back isn't turned, what's the fun in attacking?"
Flame Man's oily manner leaves one with the feeling of needing to wash up. Cunning and devious, he'll shake your hand while torching the last of your energy reserves behind your back. As a spy for Wily his charm and persuasiveness is second to none; if you don't want what he's offering, you soon will, and if he can't have what he wants, no one will. When his words fail he's not above resorting to terrorist tactics to get what he or Wily wants. A schemer, he is fond with coming up with elaborate plots against his enemies, whether they are actually played out or not. He has a taste for the rich and exotic, his quarters lavishly decorated in the style of an Arab palace, and keeps a harem of belly dancer drones for company. He is very vain about his turban. He is also punctual and can get irritated easily when things do not go as he planned. He wields a flamethrower weapon that can fire globs of napalm or fiery columns from the ground as in his main attack the Flame Blast. Sometimes too shady for his own good, even his own comrades don't trust him.

Wily agreed toprogram him with all he needed to be an effective spy as well as a generalfrontline combatant for the Wily army, an unusual hybrid. Since then, Flame hasgotten into one exploit or another in an attempt to gain personal power forhimself as well as his master. He has yet to really get what is coming to him.
Flame Man is among the oldest androids alive, being one of the first among the 8 original squads. His past is a little deviant from Robot Master norm. He started as a generic warrior, fashioned after old Arabian tales to fit the general theme of the Zeta squads ‘international’ (re: stereotype) status. This went on for a few years but he showed a particular interest in espionage activities and using words rather than his weapons to manipulate people and events to his favor, to makeup for being rather lackluster in actual combat.
