"You shoulda thought of that before you got me mad, huh."
Higure Higsby says he didn't sell out, he got out. The sinister Mr. Higsby began his career as one of the world's greatest white collar criminals until he was finally brought down by the long arm of the law. Pressed into service by Interpol, Higsby grudgingly acted as a 'white hat' to stay out of prison, eventually having his contract bought out by SciTech after the collapse of the Houseman government. Higsby would have languished in the corporate world as an indentured servant for the rest of his life, but was rescued by his new benefactor, Vincente Sumiyama. Sumiyama freed Higsby from his obligations and put him beyond the immediate reach of the law in return for his occasional 'assistance'... which gradually became willing allegiance to the covert operations group of Grave. Freer than he has been in almost a decade, Higure Higsby has completed his rampage of vengeance against those who initially slighted him and begun to grow into a new life as a aspiring member of the secret government. Despite his dramatic life change, Higsby is still the same awkward dork he's always been in real life; a shy introvert who is slow to make friends and stumbles through interactions with women. Efforts to improve Higsby's social skills are often fraught with comedic peril. A classic obsessive-compulsive personality, Higure Higsby collects a variety of rare software, the more obscure, the better.
